C12200 – BSI No. C107 – ISO Name Cu-DHP.B 75, B 111, B 395. Phosphorus-Deoxidized copper tubes – C12200 - are extensively used in sugar refineries for condensers and evaporators. Deoxidized copper is the standard material for transferring heat from steam to water or air because of their excellent resistance to corrosion by fresh water and their high thermal conductivities.                                                                                                                                                         

C44300 – BSI No. CZ111 ISO Name CuZn28Sn1. SB 111, SB 395. Inhibited Admiralty Brass tubes – C44300 - has good corrosion resistance and is specially used for tubing of steam condensers cooled with fresh, salt or brackish water. Admiralty metal tubes are also used for heat exchangers in oil refineries, in which corrosion from sulfur compounds and contaminated water may be very severe, and for feed-water heaters and heat-exchanger equipment as well as other industrial processes.                       

C68700 – BSI No. CZ110 – ISO Name CuZn22AI2. SB 111, SB 395.    Inhibited Aluminum Brass tubes – C68700 - resists the action of high-velocity salt and blackish water and is commonly used for condenser tubes. The main characteristic of C68700 is its high resistance to impingement attack. Tubes of this alloys are recommended for use in Marine and Land Power Stations, in which cooling water velocities are high.                                                                                                                                     

C71500 – BSI No. CN107 – ISO Name CuNi30Mn1Fe.  B 111, B 359, B395, B 466, B 467, B 543, B 552. Copper Nickel tubes, 30% – C71500 - has, in general, the best resistance of any of the copper alloys to impingement attack and to corrosion from most acids and waters. It is being used in severe corrosive conditions in which service lives longer than those of other copper alloys are desired.
