     C: < 0.18;  Mn: 0.27-0.63;   P: < 0.035; S: < 0.035;

2) Hardness: Not exceeding 72 HRBW. 

3) Manufacture Method: Electric-Resistance Welding;

4) Surface treatment: ASTM A214 & ASTM A450-Temporary Coating, Special Coating, Galvanized, immersion oil, lacquer, passivation, 

    phosphating,etc;  Or Oil-dip paint black with two plastic caps on each end.

5) Quality Test: ASTM A450-Chemical Component Analysis,Mechanical Properties(Ultimate tensile strength,Yield strength,Elongation),

    Technics Properties (Flattening Test,Flaring Test,Bending Test,Hardness Test,Blow Test,etc), Exterior Size Inspection, Nondestructive 

    electric Test,Hydrostatic Test,  magnetic particle testing;

6)  Packing: Hexagonal bundles with several steel strips, Wrapped in waterproof paper, PVC sleeve,and sackcloth with several steel 

     strips or packed in heavy tri-wall boxes, wooden boxes, wooden slats as requires;

7) Applications:  Boiler and Heat Exchanger(Wal panel,economizer,reheater,superheater and steam pipeline of boilers), Hydraulic and 

    Petrochemical Purpose, etc.
