7) H-type finned tube:

The H-type fin tube is to weld two steel sheets with an arc in the middle symmetrically with the light pipe to form a fin (rib or disc). The front shape is quite similar to the letter "H", which is an efficient expansion. 

Heating surface energy-saving products.

The H-type finned tube has the advantages of high welding seam fusion rate, high welding tensile strength, small contact thermal resistance, good heat transfer, and strong expansion ability. The H-type economizer 

assembled with it has the characteristics of high heat exchange efficiency, low resistance, low wear and light weight. 

Compared with traditional finned tubes and spiral finned tubes, H-shaped finned tubes can maximize the expansion of the heating surface.

Under the same degree of heat exchange effect, H-type fin tube economizer can greatly save space and volume. In addition to H-type economizer, it can also be assembled into H-type evaporator, H-type superheater, 

H-type air heater and many other products. 

8) Membrane wall:

1. Strength calculation report with applied material information;

2. 100% NDT (non-destructive testing) report of steel plates, pipes and electrodes;

3. 100% X-ray inspection report (weld): to ensure the quality of the entire boiler

4. Hydraulic test report: guarantee standard working pressure and safety
